Solution: PMG worked with the Safety teams throughout the mill to create a full scale safety awareness program with posters and safety meetings, customized goals and "landmark" recognition for accomplishments such as the "million hours of safety" goal. In addition, PMG designed a recognition program that could be administered on-site. This allowed each employee access to their recognition item within 2 days of achievement.
